ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities

IC invoicing (payable and receivable) processing
Monthly account reconciliations
Mirror account transactions processing
Accruals processing
Support for monthly cost center analysis for CC managers
HQ budget files preparation
FA file coordination (in terms of monthly and budget reporting)
Depreciation booking
Exchange rates update in ERP
Management fee invoicing
Revaluation run for bank balances / AP & AR subledgers
IC loan interest booking
Hedge adjustment
Recurring journals booking
Input actual monthly CAPEX spent
Reconcile FA/IA register to Trial Balance
Providing coding for supplier invoices
Owner of internal controls for HQ
Oversight of AP process
Group reporting to HFM system (including IC reporting)
Following up on open BS items
Management of the entity in ERP system (open/close periods, new accounts creation etc.)

WYMAGANE:

Qualifications

Min 5 years’ experience in business with min. 3 years’ experience in GL / controlling
Accounting / Finance degree is a must
Knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS (working in SOx controlled environment will be an asset)
Fluent English speaker
Intermediary German speaker would be an asset
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
