The candidate you decide to hire works exclusively for your company. From a formal point of view, he is employed by Human & Hunter based on an employment contract, pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Code and the Act on the employment of temporary workers.

How do we operate?

1. DETERMINATION OF THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
A thorough analysis and clarification of the specific staffing needs of the client.

2. ACQUISITION OF APPLICATIONS
Search and direct contacts with potential candidates, based on the specific needs of the client (Direct Search, Executive Search, Headhunting).

3. LONG LIST
Pre-selection of all potential candidates.

4. MEETINGS WITH CANDIDATES
Interviews with people selected during the pre-selection.

5. ASSESMENT CENTER
Assessment of candidates in terms of substantive knowledge, interpersonal skills (including psychological and personality tests and Background Screening).

6. SHORT LIST
Recommendation of the best candidates, selected after professional assessment of substantive knowledge and social competences.

7. COORDINATION
Supervision over activities related to arranging client meetings with potential employees, signing a letter of intent or a preliminary contract and coordinating the decisions of both parties.

8. WARRANTY
The warranty period is determined as part of the contract with the client (similar to "residence" over a newly hired employee).


TEMPORARY JOB

Human & Hunter also offers its clients a service of hiring employees with whom an employment relationship has been concluded for other business entities. It is an ideal solution for companies that need to temporarily enlarge the team of employees, in the case of seasonality in the client's business and staff shortages.

Temporary work carried out in agreement with Human & Hunter may be periodic, seasonal or ad hoc (lasting from a few hours to several months), but it may also be a transition period before permanent employment with the so-called user employer.

How do we operate?

1. Meeting with the client

A cooperation initiation meeting during which a H&H recruiter assesses the client's exact demand for the order. During the session, the possibilities and any limitations of the recruitment campaign are also identified. The recruitment scenario is also established and the terms of cooperation are discussed.

2. Preperation of the offer

After the initiating meeting, the H&H recruiter prepares a comprehensive and individual offer for the recruitment, selection and secondment of employees to the plant.

3. Decision on cooperation

Setting the final conditions. Preparation of the contract with the appendix by Human & Hunter. Signing the contract by the customer.

4. Ordering an order

Sending the order by the customer with the demand for employees. The job must include the time, date, department and number of people needed.

5. Casting process

The process of recruitment and selection by Human & Hunter begins. It is possible for the company to verify the competences of the recommended candidates. Candidates are accepted.

6. Employment and personnel activities of the agency

Sending employees for tests, conducting health and safety training, concluding contracts with candidates, submitting candidates to the relevant state institutions.

7. Settlement

Based on the number of hours worked by the employees, Human & Hunter sends the Client the time sheets of all employees. After the Customer accepts the number of hours worked, an invoice is issued.
